Policy for refunds for services:
Patients that use their insurance, and pay a copay, co-insurance, or other patient responsibility payment are ineligible for refunds due to strict state and federal false claims, and insurance fraud statutes.
Patients that pre-pay for individual sessions may be refunded for those sessions by making a written request. After review of the request a check will be mailed to you within 30 days of the request.
Patients that pre-pay for packages of sessions and receive discounted pricing on services are not eligible for refund.
Policy for Return or Exchanges:
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged within 14 days of receiving it. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, email us at email@example.com
